Alpine Center Switzerland, in cooperation with ZHAW -- Zürcher Fachhochschule (Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland) -- will offer ZHAW's Executive MBA. The program will be delivered in English, with each module starting with a four-day residential teaching session.
ZHAW is a Swiss leading Public University of applied sciences. The ZHAW School of Management and Law (SML) is one of the largest business schools in Switzerland, with a strategic focus on International Business. It is institutionally accredited by both the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA).
It offers: The internationally recognized diploma “Executive Master of Business Administration ZFH” and will be issued in the name of the Zürcher Fachhochschule (Zurich University of Applied Sciences), which is the umbrella entity for SML.
The delivery of all nine (9) units that constitute the EMBA will be conducted by internationally experienced faculty members of ZHAW/SML and Alpine Center lecturers accredited by ZHAW/SML.
Prof. Dr. Daniel Seelhofer, Vice Dean of SML and Head of the department for International Business, expressed his satisfaction for this collaboration with Alpine Center which will allow SML to expand its activities for the first time in this form beyond the Swiss borders. Mr. Eric Hofmann, President of Alpine Center from his side assured that this program will widen the scope and strengthen the presence of Alpine Center in the regions where it is active since 30 years.
Both leaders were convinced that this step will be the first for a long and lasting collaboration which will serve many young managers to shape their careers with a strong program with proven records under the best possible conditions.
The first intake will take place in January 2017.
